Angelica Alan is a wellness and lifestyle coach, who left Brazil at the age of 21 with only 1000 Euros in her pocket. She has since lived all over the world, eventually settling down in Australia with her husband and kids.

At 38 years old, she was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer which has completely changed her life. She decided that everything she had been doing to that point was no longer serving her. She changed her diet, started to exercise, and healed past traumas while connecting with her inner self. Three years into her treatment, she’s now cancer-free and her purpose in life has become empowering people to make small shifts that compound into MASSIVE IMPACT in their physical, emotional, and spiritual lives before the crash, the burnout, and the crisis. She helps her clients find themselves again.

On today’s show, Angelica shares her opinions on the best and worst parts about living abroad, her experience with learning English while living in various English speaking countries, her initial reaction to receiving her cancer diagnosis, what exact changes she implemented to heal herself, how she addressed her inner child trauma and actionable steps someone can take to get healthy.
