Carrot Cake Smoothie
Notes
You can swap out the almond milk for any other plant-based milk of choice
Ingredients
- 4 large carrots or 6 medium-sized carrots
- 6 dates
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup of pecans
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 pinches of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Juice the carrots
- Add all ingredients except for cinnamon to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle on top with cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.
