Join leading experts in feeding, nutrition, gut health, nervous system regulation, oral function, airway health, sensory processing, parenting, and more for a FREE 3-day virtual summit that helps you look beyond what’s on your child’s plate and finally start connecting the dots.
Finally understand why your child struggles with food… and what you can actually do to help.
You’ve tried the tips.
You’ve followed the advice.
And somehow, you’re still wondering why eating is so hard for your child.
Could limited variety or nutrient status be another piece worth looking at?
Could sleep quality or breathing be affecting appetite, regulation and feeding?
Could stress, anxiety or dysregulation be making unfamiliar foods feel unsafe?
Does your child have the skills they need to thoroughly and safely chew and swallow?
Could textures, smells, tastes or even the way food looks feel overwhelming?
Could reflux, constipation, leaky gut or digestive discomfort be making eating harder?
When eating is hard, there can be so many questions running through your head.
And every expert seems to give you a different piece of the puzzle.
Feeding can also intersect with development, environment, total load, primitive reflexes, posture, breathing, past feeding experiences, family dynamics and so much more.

I've spent more than 14 years as
a picky eating specialist helping families whose kids find eating much harder than anyone expected.
Then, when my son Nate was about two, eating got hard for him too.
I tried everything I'd learned in feeding therapy. It didn't work. I knew the strategies. I'd taught them to other parents. And I was still standing in my kitchen wondering what I was missing.
One night I served him chicken and avocado, foods he usually ate. He took a bite and spat it out. I felt the tension rise inside me like a volcano, and I wanted to snap at him.
Then I looked at him. I saw the fear in his eyes and the stress in his body. And I realized this wasn't bad behavior. He was protecting his body. And I was making it harder.
That moment changed everything for us.
I started looking at the whole child, not just his plate. For Nate, two big pieces were his nervous system and his gut. Eating is a lot for a body that's already stressed, whether that stress is physical or emotional. Once I understood that, I could finally start helping him instead of fighting him.
And I kept thinking: why are parents having to piece all of this together on their own?
That's why I created The Picky Eating Summit. I brought together 26 experts I learn from, trust and turn to, so you don't have to spend another night with 40 tabs open trying to figure out what you're missing.
My hope is that you leave understanding your child a little better, knowing what questions to ask, and finally feeling like you have a direction forward.
So you can stop collecting disconnected advice and start seeing the bigger picture.
To choose the experts for The Picky Eating Summit,
I kept coming back to one question:
THE EXPERTS BEHIND THE CONVERSATIONS
Not just experts talking about how to get kids to eat more foods.
I wanted the people asking why eating is hard in the first place.
The ones looking at the gut. The nervous system. Oral function. Sensory processing. Nutrition. Sleep. Airway. Development. Environment. Feeding relationships. And the many ways these pieces can overlap.
And because no single expert holds every piece of the puzzle, I brought different voices to the same table.
You don’t have to watch everything
Choose what feels most relevant to your family. And with free access open through Sunday at midnight ET, you have the whole weekend to catch up.
Every conversation has a purpose
Each session was intentionally designed around the day’s theme to help you know what to look for, what questions to ask, and what may be worth exploring for your child.
More experts in fewer conversations
Some panels bring up to three different expert perspectives together in one session.
No more than 6 sessions each day
Not 27 separate presentations to squeeze into your schedule.
You’re already juggling kids, meals, work, and everything else on your plate. The last thing you need is a summit that feels like another full-time job.
That’s why I’ve brought experts together through a thoughtful mix of individual interviews and multi-expert panels, with some conversations bringing up to three experts to the same table.

Your child isn’t refusing food just to make your life harder. And another list of foods to offer probably isn’t going to give you the answers you’ve been searching for.
Day 1 is about getting curious about what may be happening beneath the picky eating. We’ll look beyond the plate at the body, brain, environment, and experiences that can shape how a child feels around food, so you can start connecting the dots instead of chasing the next feeding tip.

Meet the Day 1 Speakers
Eating is so much more than putting food in your mouth. And sometimes, what looks like refusal may actually be a child working really hard to do something that isn’t easy for them.
Day 2 looks at the foundation underneath eating. We’ll explore oral function, chewing and swallowing, airway and sleep, movement and development, primitive reflexes, eating disorders and other pieces that can affect how a child eats, so you can start asking “What does my child need?” instead of “How do I get them to eat?”

Meet the Day 2 Speakers
Understanding your child is powerful. But eventually, you still have to come home, make dinner, sit down at the table, and figure out what all of this actually looks like in real life.
Day 3 is about putting the pieces together. We’ll explore nutrition, food exploration, parenting, mealtime boundaries, regulation, and your child’s relationship with food, so you can move forward with more confidence and help your child do the same, without pressure, bribing, begging, or making every bite the measure of success.

Meet the Day 3 Speakers
You’ve tried feeding therapy, talked to your pediatrician, followed the advice… and you’re still wondering why eating is so hard for your child.
You’ve spent way too many nights Googling gut health, sensory issues, nutrients, food ingredients, supplements, and anything else that might finally connect the dots.
You’re trying SO hard to do all the “right” things, but your child’s list of foods is still tiny, mealtimes are still stressful, and you’re running out of ideas.
Deep down, you keep thinking, “There has to be more to this.” You just wish someone would help you understand what you might be missing.

You need to understand why eating feels so hard for them.
Because when you stop looking only at what’s on the plate and start looking at the whole child, the questions begin to change.
Instead of “How do I get them to eat this?”
you can start asking, “What might be making this hard?”
And that’s exactly what we’re going to explore together.
You don’t need another trick to get your child to eat.

Do I have to watch everything?
Nope! Everything is prerecorded, so there are no presentations you have to rush to watch at a specific time. Once the summit opens, you can choose the conversations you want to watch and fit them into your family’s schedule.
Do I have to watch at a certain time?
Yes! Registration is completely free.
Your free access begins November 5 and the summit stays open through Sunday, November 8 at midnight ET, giving you the weekend to catch up on conversations you may have missed.
Is The Picky Eating Summit really free?
Absolutely. Your child doesn’t need a diagnosis or an extremely limited diet to be here.
If eating feels harder than it should, your child has a limited variety, new foods feel difficult, or you keep wondering if there’s more to the story, you’re in the right place.
My child is “just picky.” Is this summit still for me?

Whether you’re navigating picky eating with a toddler or you have an older child who has struggled with food for years, these conversations are designed to help you look beyond the plate and better understand your child.
What ages is The Picky Eating Summit for?
No. The summit helps you understand what you're seeing and bring better questions to the people already supporting your child. If your child is losing weight, choking, or often gagging or vomiting, please talk to your child's doctor first.
Want more time? The All-Access Pass gives you one full year to come back to every summit conversation, so you don't have to fit 27 experts into one weekend. You'll also get the Picky Eating Summit Roadmap to show you where to start, the Connect the Dots Workbook, audio versions of every session, and complete transcripts.
My pediatrician says my child is growing fine. Is this still for me?
Will this replace feeding therapy or my child's providers?
Yes. Growth matters, and it's one important measure. But it doesn't tell you why your child's food list is shrinking, why meals feel like a battle, or why she eats at home but not at school. The summit helps you understand the rest of the picture.
You already care. That’s why you’re still reading.
Let’s look beyond the plate, connect the dots, and start understanding what may be making eating hard for your child.
Three days. Leading experts. Whole-child conversations. Completely free
You’ve spent enough time wondering what you’re missing.
