Your child's safe-food list fits on a sticky note. Crackers. Plain pasta. One brand of nuggets, and only if they're not too dark.

A broken cracker can end dinner. So can sauce touching the wrong thing. You've switched the applesauce brand and hidden the label, and she still knew.

And if you care deeply about what goes into your family's bodies, there's an extra sting. The only foods your child trusts come out of a package. Maybe you did baby-led weaning. Skipped the juice. Cooked from scratch. And it still turned out this way.

You know that feeling when learning more somehow leaves you with more questions?

There's a reason packaged foods feel safe to some kids: they look, taste, feel and crunch exactly the same every time. That isn't a parenting failure. It's a clue.

That’s exactly why I created the All-Access Pass.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO IT ALL AT ONCE

You've done the 11 PM Googling. You've saved the posts and listened to the podcasts. You've heard about gut health, sensory processing, tongue ties, reflux, nutrients, airway and the nervous system.

You've tried the hacks, too. Fun names. Sprinkles. Cauliflower blended into the cheese sauce (she caught it). You have plenty of tricks. What you don't have is a way to know which one fits your child.

And now you have 15 tabs open in your brain and one question:

"Okay… but which of these actually applies to my child?"

Not to hand you a longer list of things to do. To give you a way to sort through what you hear, notice what fits your child, and come back to the rest when it matters.

Hi, I'm Lena. I'm a pediatric speech-language pathologist and picky eating specialist, and I've spent 14 years helping families whose kids find eating much harder than anyone expected.

I'm also a mom who's been exactly where you are. When my son was two, eating got hard for him. I tried everything I'd learned in feeding therapy. It didn't work.

One night he spat out chicken and avocado, foods he usually ate. I felt the frustration rise, and I wanted to snap. Then I saw the fear in his eyes and the stress in his body. He wasn't being difficult. He was protecting himself.

So I stopped looking only at his plate and started looking at the whole child. For us, his nervous system and his gut were big pieces of the puzzle.

The parents I work with aren't doing too little. They're doing everything. What's missing is a way to see which pieces fit their child. That's why I brought together 26 whole-child experts for this summit, and built the All-Access Pass so you don't have to absorb it all in three days.

I'm a picky eating specialist. And what I learned in feeding therapy didn't work for my own son.

MEET YOUR HOST · PAULINA "LENA" LIVINSKY, M.A., CCC-SLP, PSAD

You've spent enough nights searching. Now 27 whole-child experts are talking about the exact things you've been wondering about.

But here's the thing. You may have every intention of watching it all. And then someone needs a snack. Bedtime takes forever. The weekend fills up.

And some of these talks aren't background-while-you-fold-laundry material. You'll hear something and think, "Wait. Could THAT be part of it?" You'll want to pause, take notes and write down a question for your child's provider.

You don't want to miss the conversation that finally connects a dot.

27 EXPERTS. THREE DAYS. AND REAL LIFE DOESN'T STOP.

You don't want to miss the conversation that finally connects a dot.

You don't need to cram 27 experts into one weekend.

You pack only your child's safe foods, and the lunchbox still comes home full.

You've heard "they'll eat when they're hungry," "stop catering to her" and "he'll grow out of it," and you know it's more complicated than that.

You're tired of bouncing between gut health, sensory, oral function, nutrients, sleep, airway and anxiety without knowing what applies to your child.

You keep wondering whether there's a piece of your child's eating that everyone is missing.

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF…

Maybe you've tried feeding therapy. You've talked to your pediatrician. You've offered the safe food next to the new food, backed off the pressure, made the separate meal. And you still think: there has to be a reason eating is this hard.

You're not looking for more things to do. You're looking for a clearer idea of what to do next.

This was made for you if…

You don't need to do everything. You need to know what makes sense for your child.

Your pediatrician says growth looks fine, so the conversation ends. But you know it isn't finished.

You were pressured to eat as a kid, and you're determined not to pass that on.

FOR YOU IF…

Maybe it's the gut conversation after a new symptom shows up.

Or the oral function session after a provider mentions a tongue tie.

Or the nervous system talk when mealtimes suddenly get harder.

Come back when it matters for your child.

You don't have to know today which conversation you'll need three months from now.

With a full year of access, it's still there when you're ready for it.

During the summit, you might hear the oral function talk and think, interesting, but I don't know if that's us.

Four months later, the dentist mentions a tongue tie. Now that conversation matters.
