If you've been handed tip sheets, reward charts, or a list of "exposure strategies" and none of it lasted, this is why. Most advice skips the part that matters most: whether your child's body feels safe enough to eat.

This workshop is built on biology, not willpower. When we understand what's driving the behavior, feeding gets easier. Not because you pushed harder. Because your child finally felt ready.

MEET LENA

I’m a mom, pediatric speech-language pathologist, and holistic feeding specialist who believes healing starts long before the first bite.

For over a decade, I’ve helped families move from stressful mealtimes to calmer, more connected tables. But my greatest teacher has been my son. When feeding became a struggle at home, I realized it was never just about food. It was about biology, connection, and helping the body feel safe enough to eat.

I grew up in Poland and later lived in Spain, where I learned how deeply sunlight, culture, and the pace of life shape our health. That perspective now shapes everything I teach inside my BLOOM™ Framework.

Today, I help parents understand what their child’s body is really asking for so they can bring peace and joy back to the table. Because when we nurture biology and connection together, children don’t just eat. They thrive.

Let’s Get to know each other

This program helped me stop second-guessing every food decision. I learned how to build trust with my son without bribery or pressure. I only wish we’d done this sooner!"

The clarity I needed as a mom.

I thought we had tried everything. But Lena helped me understand my daughter's body, not just her behavior. We went from meltdowns at every meal to actually enjoying dinner together. I finally feel like I know how to support her.

Lena changed everything for us.

what parents are saying;

Lena helped me see what was really going on beneath the surface. My daughter is more open to new foods, and I’m parenting with so much more confidence. It feels like we’re moving forward.

Since working with Lena, my son is calmer, more curious with food, and we’re no longer stuck in the same exhausting cycle. I finally feel like I understand what he needs.
