The Personalized Game Plan is a single, focused 90-minute session where I take a full-picture look at your child's picky eating and give you a clear, customized roadmap for what to do next.

Before we meet, you'll fill out a detailed intake form (pertinent history, sensory patterns, feeding concerns) so I arrive fully prepared and we can hit the ground running.

L — Learned Oral Skills

For more than a decade I worked as a speech-language pathologist supporting children with feeding challenges. I spent thousands of hours in therapy rooms with kids and families, and over time I noticed something that changed everything.

Before we meet, you fill out a thorough intake form covering medical history, sensory patterns, feeding concerns, and daily routines. That way I arrive fully prepared and we can get straight to the real work. During our time together we go through every piece of the picture using the BLOOM Framework, connect the dots, and build a personalized plan around your child specifically. No generic advice, no one-size-fits-all protocols.
After we meet I send you a written summary of your child's Personalized Game Plan. You do not need to furiously take notes during our session. Just show up, be present, ask all your questions, and I will make sure everything is captured and sent to you so you can reference it whenever you need it.
It is for you. Your child never needs to attend. This is a parent session where we look at what is going on with your child and figure out exactly how you can support them at home. The real change happens at the table, in your home, in the everyday moments. That is where your role is most powerful.
Yes, and honestly this session was built for you. The families who need this most are often the ones who have tried the most things and still feel stuck. Whether your child eats five foods or fifteen, whether mealtimes are tense or completely shut down, we start exactly where you are. That is the whole point.
