Lena Livinsky is a Polish immigrant who moved to the US shortly before her 15th birthday. Lena is a speech-language pathologist who specializes in feeding disorders and accent modification. She received her undergraduate degree from the City University of New York at Queens College in communication sciences and disorders. She received her master’s degree from the University of Connecticut. Lena taught English as a teacher’s assistant in Madrid, Spain in the year between college and graduate school. She speaks native Polish, fluent English, and has professional working proficiency in Spanish. Lena is the host of the Accented World podcast, which aims to inspire the immigrant community to dream big and follow their passion. She currently resides in New York with her husband, Dominik, and rescue dog, Luna.
