I'm a holistic SLP, feeding therapist, and your go-to for whole-child wellness

I help families move from food battles and meltdowns to calmer, more connected mealtimes.

As a pediatric speech-language pathologist and holistic feeding specialist with over a decade of experience, I focus on more than just picky eating — I look at the whole child.

Using my BLOOM™ Framework, I guide families in understanding the hidden stressors affecting eating, behavior, and development — from gut imbalances to oral-motor challenges and sensory sensitivities.

Whether we’re supporting digestion, building skills, or creating more peace at the table, I make the process feel doable, personal, and grounded in science.

Yes. This program is designed for a wide range of picky eaters — including kids with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, gut issues, anxiety around food, or those who just eat the same 5 things on repeat. You don’t need a diagnosis or feeding disorder to benefit. If mealtimes feel stressful and nothing you’ve tried has worked, this program is for you.

What if I’ve already tried feeding therapy or picky eating programs before?

Address underlying gaps gently and holistically. You’ll learn how to support gut health and micronutrients without rigid food rules.

Weeks 4–6: Nourish Differently

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all protocol. We go deeper — addressing the biology, nervous system, and connection behind the behavior. Most clients come to me after trying everything else.

Life happens. You'll have the option to reschedule 1 coaching session if needed (with at least 24 hours' notice), and all calls can be recorded for your private replay.

Absolutely. I encourage both parents to attend if possible. Feeding progress is much smoother when everyone is on the same page — and I’m here to support the whole family.
